Tank Deep Clean

• Water Test Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH (phosphate testing also available)
• Filter clean ,all media and sponges (media can be replaced for an additional cost)
• Pump service (impeller and O rings)
• Water change 25-30% depending on water test results.
• Glass de algae and lid clean
• Plant trim or décor clean depending on set up
• Refill adding dechlorinated tap water.
• Live bacteria added to the tank on completion to stabilize the filter



A regular maintenance service is available after an initial clean and can be provided monthly, six and eight weekly depending on the set up. This will include all of the above and the option of providing products such as filter media, food or plants on request.

Aquarium Move

Empty tank

• Water test
• Empty water saving 25-50 percent
• Remover all décor and live plants
• Shut down filter system
• Collect any live stock and store them in oxygenated bags and poly boxes for transport (including bio media filter)
• Remove substrate into sacks and clean base.

Moving tank

• Disconnect all heaters, pumps, filter and lighting
• Transport tank, cabinet , equipment, décor live stock to new location

Set up

• Position cabinet and tank
• Reconnect filter, heater, lights and pumps
• Add substrate to the base
• Position décor and replant live plants
• Fill the tank with the original water topping up the remaining amount with dechlorinated tap water.
• Acclimatize the livestock back into the tank floating bags for equalizing the temperature as well as mixing gradually with tank water to stabilize water parameters.
